Terms of Service

By choosing to work with S99 PR, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this agreement. It is advisable to thoroughly review these conditions before making any commitments.

Billing & Payment Terms

Billing

Services are billed as a one-time charge for the agreed package unless your contract states otherwise. Certain products, such as ongoing or subscription-based services, are billed on a recurring monthly basis with no automatic end date. Your specific contract will state which applies.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars using a credit card through our payment platform operated by Authorize.net or Stripe. In specific instances, outlined by the contract agreement, we do accept ACH, Wire and Zelle payments.

Cancellation Terms

Month-to-Month Plans

Clients wishing to stop their service can do so by emailing your sales representative at S99 PR or accounting@s99agency.com and notifying us of your termination. Cancellation of month-to-month plans prior to the next billing cycle is required for non-renewal. If you termination notification is received mid-billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect for the following month renewal period.

Fixed Term Plans

On a fixed term contract, if a client chooses to cancel before the agreed period ends, work will stop immediately and no further content will be produced or published. S99 PR reserves the right to remove any published work executed during the initial part of the term. There will be no refunds issued of collected payments.

Our Money-Back Guarantee on PR Services

The PR Guarantee

S99 PR will get you published in an article from the S99 PR specified list, per package tier, as outlined on your contract. If you meet all the submission criteria, and S99 PR does not get your article published, we will refund you for that specific order. In the case of multiple orders, we will only refund for the article purchase that was not published.

PR Publication Terms

Timing

There are no guarantees on the exact time frame of your publication. While some publications have a quicker turnaround time, there are others that will take longer. On average we aim for 30-60 days for a publication to go live, from the time in which you have completed your onboarding and provided us with all the needed information. Some may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control with individual publishers. We do our best to publish your articles as quickly as possible.

Unique Original Content

Each article is assigned to a single publication to prevent any content duplication. S99 PR ensures all content is published according to the planned agreement and will remain live on the publications website for at least six months, at minimum.

Backlinks

While many outlets offer backlinks, some may not. Over time, publishers may change their linking policies, and S99 PR cannot control these changes. No refunds are issued if a previously followed link turns into a no-follow link.

Client Responsibility

Clients must provide all necessary information for publication purposes. Additionally, they must have the necessary permissions for any information they provide. S99 PR is not responsible for disputes that arise between a client and their employer regarding published content. Clients should seek approval before disclosing job-related information.

Editing Published Content

Some outlets allow minor changes after publication for an additional fee, while many do not permit post-publication edits. It is a case-by-case basis and we will always do our best to accommodate minor changes, where possible. Note, you will review and approve your content before it is initially published.

While we operate under the name S99 PR, the website is managed by Steeb99, LLC, a registered entity in the State of California. By accessing or using the website and its associated services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website and its services immediately.

Steeb99, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Any updates become effective immediately upon publication. For your reference, we recommend keeping a copy of these terms.
